Henry Moon is the wreck of the SS Henry Moon, one of the Black Thursday wrecks from WWII, lying off Dover. A shot line tied in at an initial 26 m towards the stern on the port side, and the wreck sits pretty much upright. The seabed beside her is at about 30 m.
Visibility on the flooding tide has reached a good 3 m to 4 m, not too dark and not too hazy. That is better than usual, since visibility in this area is normally challenging, and the wreck had not been dived for years.
