Kanapitsa is a boat dive in a gulf south of Panormos Beach on Skopelos, Greece. The gulf is 5 to 12 metres deep with a rocky seabed, and a wall at its edge drops to 30 metres.
You anchor in the gulf and begin at about 5 metres, swimming toward the north side and following a rocky channel that looks like an underwater river toward the wall. You then descend alongside the wall at your planned depth, with colourful rock formations to look at. Dive depth is 10 to 25 metres, and the site is described as a cliff and drift dive.
Moray eels and conger eels live in the rock.
