About this site

Meno Slope is a calm, shallow slope between Gili Air and Gili Meno, with depths from about 5 to 20 metres. The bottom is sandy with large boulders that make good macro spots and night dive territory.

The site is a gentle drift with a mild current, with no challenging entry, so it suits first ocean dives and newly certified divers. It is one of the best places to see green and hawksbill turtles. Eels and scorpionfish live here, and the soft corals and healthy reef are good for photos. On the seabed stands a statue of two couples hugging, which divers often photograph.
