North Point is a reef dive site reached by a 15–20 minute boat ride, offering depths from 6 to 27 metres. Strong currents sweep the point, creating ideal conditions for soft corals that grow in abundance across the reef. Rock formations and canyons cut through the structure, providing shelter and shade throughout the dive.
The terrain's cracks and crevices reward divers who carry a torch, as scorpion fish, frogfish, and lionfish tuck into the rocky hiding places. Sea horses, nudibranchs, and flatworms can be found nestling among coral branches, while the verified species list for the site also includes stingrays, garden eels, cuttlefish, trevallies, and barracuda.
North Point is suitable for all levels of divers from Open Water certification upward. A torch is recommended for searching the cracks and crevasses, and divers should be prepared for the strong currents that characterise the site.
