Pirates Bay Reef is a reef off Tobago that can only be reached by boat. The crossing from Charlottesville takes about five minutes, and the site is graded beginner.
Jagged rock formations and reef structures make it the most dramatic snorkelling spot on the island. Scrawled filefish and foureye butterflyfish are among the fish found here, alongside a wide variety of other sea life.
