About this site
Ras Bob is a dive site at Sharm El Sheikh with swim-throughs and narrow caves. A wall covered in corals descends from the surface to about 16m, and the swim-throughs and caves are hidden inside it. The site was previously known as Labyrinth, after those shallow swim-through caves.
A table coral shelters a school of glassfish, and below the wall a sandy area slopes away to a vast eel garden. The most interesting part of the site lies between 5m and 15m, which is a good place to search for juvenile reef fishes. The site is sheltered, suits all levels and is also good for snorkellers.
