About this site
Three Palms is a wall in Rasdhoo Atoll in the Maldives, about 8 minutes by boat from Rasdhoo island. The reef top starts in shallow water and the dive can be done at any depth, for beginners or advanced divers.
Three big coral blocks sit in three different areas between 16 and 23 metres, which gives the site its name. White-tip reef sharks and stingrays are seen, and eagle rays like to drift in the current along the wall. Beautiful sea fans can be seen looking down, and a green or hawksbill turtle sometimes stops by.
The current is small to medium but can be strong.
