How do dive bookings work on DiveConnect?

Choose a location, select a provider or listing, pick dates, and pay securely. You will receive confirmation and any next steps by email.

What currency will I be charged in?

You are charged in the listing’s native currency. Stripe shows a USD equivalent in the dashboard but your card statement shows the native amount converted by your bank.

What is the deposit and remaining balance?

We collect the full platform markup and the provider deposit at checkout. The remaining provider balance is due later per the provider’s policy.

Are Stripe fees passed to providers?

No. Stripe processing fees are paid from the platform markup. Providers receive the agreed net in their native currency.

How do refunds work?

Refunds follow provider policies. If a refund is issued, we cancel or reverse any scheduled provider payout accordingly.
