Anemone Gully is a system of rocky gullies up the coast from St Abbs harbour in Scotland, reached by boat. It offers a measure of protection from residual swell, and the bottom lies about 16 to 20 m down.
Visibility varies widely, from barely a metre on some days to better than expected after rough weather. Dahlia anemones cling to the rock, and plumose anemones cover the walls, although they stay closed up when there is no current to feed in. Wolffish are seen, sometimes out of their lairs.
