Arnos Vale

Arnos Vale is a coral reef site located off Arnos Vale Beach on the southern coast of Tobago, entered directly from shore. After gearing up on the beach, snorkelers walk into the sea and make their way out to the reef, making it an accessible, beach-entry experience suited to all ages, provided swimmers are comfortable in the water.

The reef is known for large schools of bait fish, and is a beginner-friendly site with a bottom type of reef. Snorkelers explore coral heads and the surrounding reef structure in the shallow southern Tobago waters.

Arnos Vale reef is particularly noted for large schools of bait fish, Blue Tangs, and Queen Angelfish. Puffer fish are often spotted hovering near coral heads, and Southern Grey Stingrays glide along the sandy bottom.
