Frigate Bay Reef lies about three quarters of a mile off Frigate Bay beach on St Kitts. It is a very narrow reef that suits multi-level diving, with depths of 40 to 70 feet (12 to 20 metres).
Turtles, lobsters and eels all live on the reef, which makes for a steady run of sightings along its length, and the narrow shape keeps the whole dive close to the reef itself.
