Gloster Rocks is a multi-dive rock site where divers enter the water to the east of the rocks, swim through the gap between them, and then follow the rock either north or south. An alternative route heads south from the eastern entry point into deeper water reaching 35 m, while the maximum recorded depth for the site is 25 m.
The terrain is rocky throughout, with gullies and holes in the rock walls that shelter a steady selection of lobster and crayfish. The site suits beginner divers, with light current and great visibility, though it is more exposed and best dived in summer conditions.
Marine life at Gloster Rocks includes lobster, octopus, jewel anemones, dead men's fingers, conger, crab, wrasse, and pollock among the rocky structure.
