The Inket Wreck is the wreck of an inter-island cargo ship, about 30 years old, lying at the mouth of an inlet near Duncan Island. It is dived at 6 to 18 metres and is open to Open Water divers, with a Wreck Speciality recommended.
Visibility tends to be on the low side, at 5 to 10 metres. The hatches and cargo hold are clearly visible, the full propeller lies intact and enormous, and parts of the boilers and engine room are still in place. Penetration is not possible.
Anemones, corals and sea fans grow on the wreck, and a solitary giant grouper, barracuda, scorpionfish, cleaner shrimp and lionfish live around it.
