Middle Garden is a reef dive site in the Naama Bay area of Sharm el Sheikh, situated opposite the Sharm Hyatt Resort between Near and Far Gardens. The site is totally sheltered, with a sandy plateau at 10 m descending to a maximum depth of 20 m where the drop-off begins.
The reef is home to coral pinnacles and a gorgonian forest along the edge of the drop-off. Summer months are a good time to encounter manta rays, eagle rays, and possibly whale sharks passing through.
Middle Garden is rated as suitable for all levels of divers. Its sheltered position means current and wind exposure are minimal, making it a relaxed dive well suited to less experienced divers as well as those wanting a quieter afternoon dive.
