Pasito Blanco Reef

Pasito Blanco Reef is a natural reef located in the south of Gran Canaria, close to Pasito Blanco, reached by a short five-minute boat ride from the harbour. The reef rises from a sandy bottom, described as popping up like an island, and sits at depths of 15 to 19 metres (maximum 19.8 m), making it one of the more popular dive sites in the area.

The reef's rocks, crevices, and ledges are densely inhabited: schools of grunts move in formation across the structure, trumpetfish patrol the open water, groupers hold position in the shadows, and angel sharks or rays are sometimes found resting just beneath the sand around the base of the reef.

Conditions are consistently favourable — visibility is great, current is light, and the moderate depth keeps the dive relaxed and unhurried. The site is suitable from Open Water Diver level upward and is considered beginner-friendly.
