Regona is an underwater cave channel dive located in the north of the island, reached by approximately 40 minutes of travel by car. The dive takes place almost entirely inside an underwater channel, with a maximum depth of 16 metres, and requires about one hour to complete the full itinerary. Cave diving experience is required, and the site is rated as suitable for divers of all levels who hold that qualification, with a difficulty rating of 2.
The channel environment is explored under torchlight, which reveals slipper lobsters, rock lobsters, and occasionally large stingrays. A wide variety of smaller organisms inhabits the site as well, including red shrimp, arrow crabs, and native sea slugs, making Regona of particular interest to macro photographers.
