Ao Sane Beach is an easy, shallow dive site suitable for beginners, located at a cove along the coast near Phuket. The bottom is sandy with a maximum depth of 8.5 metres, making it a relaxed, low-stress dive in calm conditions.

Current is virtually absent, and the site is well regarded for night diving in the sheltered cove, where the calm conditions and sandy bottom make for comfortable exploration after dark.

The site is home to turtles, bamboo sharks, moray eels, lionfish, clownfish, and gobies, with the mix of reef and sandy bottom offering good opportunities for spotting a range of species including those that favour the substrate.
