Beli is a shore dive from the pebble beach of Pod Beli, below the village of Beli on the northern side of Cres Island in Croatia. It is the only place on Cres where divers can enter the sea and kit up directly from the shore.
Entry into the water is easy, which makes the beach workable for beginners as well as experienced divers. Close to the beach a reef about 200 metres long runs from 5 to 40 metres deep. Night dives are also done from the beach.
Confirmed by our research team, reported by independent divers, or observed nearby via iNaturalist — each entry is labelled with its source.
