Beyru Kandu is a wall and drift dive in Rasdhoo atoll, 25 minutes from Rasdhoo Local Island. The reef is a steep wall that drops to approximately 30 metres, and the current runs from small to medium, though it can be strong.
A few coral blocks sit on the reef top, where lobsters make their homes, and small holes along the wall shelter nudibranchs and shrimps. Divers do well to look out into the blue and up at the reef top, where eagle rays or manta rays may pass and white-tip reef sharks often come close. It is an easy dive for beginners.
