Custom Caves lies off Pavuvu in the Russell Islands group, Central Province, Solomon Islands, a cluster of small islands northwest of Guadalcanal reached by boat from surrounding island communities. The area is better known for its World War Two history as a rest and staging area for US forces than for documented dive sites, but this cave site has drawn note for its reef fish. Divers have reported Indo-Pacific yellowtail damsels, Loch's chromodoris nudibranchs, orange skunk and orangefin anemonefish, snooty wrasse, white-bonnet anemonefish, and whitespotted combtooth blennies among the cave structures here.
