Finger Point is a small thila in the northwest of the Maldives, connected by a narrow sandy bridge to Himmaya Faru. It is oval and about 50 m long, and extends into the Makunudu channel. It has a big reputation as a shark magnet and is rated advanced, with a medium current.
Divers often see up to 20 grey reef sharks, silvertips are frequent and an occasional hammerhead shows up. Rays also pass through the channel.
