Friars Bay Reef is a reef dive about a mile from the shoreline, with depths of 12 to 15 metres (40-50ft). It is a popular site and gives an easy reef dive with plenty to see.
Juvenile angelfish are plentiful, and big lobsters and spotted morays live on the reef. Stingrays have settled in the sand along its edges and seem undisturbed by divers who come to watch them.
