About this site
Golden Rock is a drift dive off the eastern tip of Bali near Amed, reached by traditional boat. It is one of a group with Deep Blue and Gili Selang, which are less visited and are described as must-see sites for experienced divers.
The depth is 15 to 30 m. The current is always strong. You jump into a coral garden and fly with the fish, so the dive is a fast drift. It is not a site for novices, since the current never lets up.

The coral is rich and well preserved. Turtles and sharks are seen, along with barracuda, giant trevally and dogtooth tuna.
