Guy Fawkes is a small islet on the northwest corner of Isla Santa Cruz, Galápagos, reached by approximately 1.5 hours of combined car and boat travel from Puerto Ayora. The dive follows the coral-covered wall of the islet down to a sandy bottom at around 20 metres, making it an easy drift dive suitable for all levels of diver.
The wall hosts many small, colourful fish tucked into the coral, while the sandy bottom is where red-lipped batfish are found. Large schools of black-striped Salema fish and rays are also regularly encountered at the site, along with whitetip reef sharks, Galápagos sharks, seahorses, and turtles. The site's most celebrated residents are the sea lions of the resident colony, which frequently join divers and perform acrobatics in the water.
Entry is by boat, and the dive runs as a drift along the wall. Current is light, and visibility is good, making conditions straightforward for less experienced divers.
