HMS Cricket is a Royal Navy gunboat wreck lying off the coast of Xylofagou, near Larnaca, Cyprus. Built and launched in 1915, Cricket served in World War One, the Russian Civil War, and World War Two before being towed to Cyprus and used as a target for Royal Air Force bombing practice off Dhekelia. The hull came to rest upside-down on the seabed, where it has remained ever since.
The wreck sits with a maximum depth of 32.5 metres, and the hull lies inverted on the bottom. Access is by boat from Xylofagou harbour, and the site's distance from the main resort areas means it is dived relatively infrequently.
Marine life on the wreck includes nudibranchs, a variety of fish, and sponges colonising the hull. The site is rated as technical in difficulty, so it is suited to divers with the appropriate level of training and experience beyond recreational open-water certification.
