Kate lies off Smith's Parish on Bermuda's south shore, part of the dive sites scattered across the island's surrounding reef platform and typically reached by a short boat trip from nearby harbors. Divers here have reported Atlantic sergeant majors and giant anemones around the reef structure, along with symmetrical brain coral formations. Portuguese man o' war have also been spotted drifting through the area, worth noting for anyone timing a surface interval.
