La Piramide lies off Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands, in the Atlantic waters near the island's northern coastline. The terrain here is typical of the volcanic Canaries, with rocky reef structure reached by boat from the nearby coastal towns. Divers at this site have reported Atlantic damselfish, Canary damsel, East Atlantic sally lightfoot crabs, European parrotfish, and ornate wrasse among the life on the reef.
Confirmed by our research team, reported by independent divers, or observed nearby via iNaturalist — each entry is labelled with its source.
