About this site
North Rock was long one of El Nido's signature sites, famous for table corals, large cleaning stations and pelagic action. It is an advanced reef dive, with depths down to about 30 metres.
In 2022 Typhoon Odetta severely damaged the shallow coral structures. The reef is currently being rested to recover and is not part of regular dive schedules, and guided returns will only be considered if restoration work or natural recovery progresses.
