Pyramid is a drift dive off Sosua in the Dominican Republic, at depths of 10 to 18 metres (30 to 60 feet). It is best done in the morning, when the ocean is calmer, and the boat drops divers at one end of the site depending on the current so that they drift towards the other.
The terrain is made up of healthy brain corals, strange overhangs, massive boulders and swim-throughs. Eels and lionfish are everywhere, the current is medium, and black spiny sea urchins on the rock are worth watching for.
