Seafan City lies off Jersey in the Channel Islands, in a stretch of the English Channel known for strong tidal movement around its reefs and rocky outcrops. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 60 metres and is rated a technical dive, reached by boat from the island's harbours. Despite the name, this is a rocky reef setting rather than a wreck, and divers have reported pink sea fans, Devonshire cup coral, snakelocks and sandalled anemones, star tunicates, twin fanworms and ballan wrasse along the reef, with bottlenose dolphins also noted passing through the area.
