Shark Hotel

Shark Hotel is a wall dive site off the island of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, situated in the Northwest Point area. The wall begins at around 45 feet (14 m) and drops straight down to 80–100 feet (24–30 m), where a plateau juts out as a shelf before plunging into the depths. The site also features a deep swim-through. Close to the mooring stands a huge colony of pillar coral, among the largest in the Turks and Caicos.

The top of the wall hosts schools of grunts, snappers, and goatfish. Blue Chromis ride the currents while mackerel hunt through the water column. The site takes its name from the nurse sharks that breed here, and small reef sharks are regularly spotted as well.

Access is by boat, with a mooring provided at the site. Currents flow consistently through the Northwest Point area, and conditions are generally good for much of the year.
