Aquarium

Aquarium is a reef dive site off Providenciales (Provo), Turks and Caicos, known for its spur-and-groove wall formation where large, almost continuous schools of grunts and snappers congregate at the top of the wall. Sand chutes run down through the coral reef to a depth of around 100 feet (30.5 metres), giving the wall an exaggerated, dramatic profile.

The reef holds small reef sharks, large grouper, garden eels, pillar corals, and a variety of tropical reef fish, as well as macro critters that make it a popular site for underwater photographers. Water temperature ranges from 26–29°C across the season.

Aquarium sits close to Providenciales and is well suited to novice and intermediate divers, as well as families on half-day trips. Visibility is generally excellent. The best conditions run from May through September, when surface conditions are at their calmest.
