Blue Corner is a drift dive site located off the northwest tip of Nusa Lembongan, in the Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan area of Bali, Indonesia. The site takes its name from the exceptionally deep blue colour of the water here. It is a boat dive with a travel time of around 10 minutes from Lembongan.
The terrain is a sloping reef that begins at 12 metres and drops to well over 30 metres. The slope descends across multiple terraces, each supporting hard and soft corals and a dense concentration of marine life.
Blue Corner attracts a strong array of pelagic and reef species, including eagle rays, marble rays, mola mola (ocean sunfish), and schools of fish across the terraces. The mola mola season runs from July through to October or November, though the site is diveable year-round. Water temperature ranges from 19–28°C, with thermoclines present that can push temperatures lower.
Strong, unpredictable, and at times multi-directional currents define the site and make it suitable only for very experienced, advanced-level divers. The currents can be extremely powerful and include down currents and undertow; the site is not always diveable and conditions should be assessed on the day. Visibility is excellent when conditions allow, with the deep blue water quality being one of the site's defining characteristics.
