Cirkewwa Arch

Cirkewwa Arch, also called the Right Arch or Green Arch, is a reef dive at Cirkewwa on the northwest tip of Malta. A second, less well-known arch at the Paradise Bay reef is called Ben's Arch, the Left Arch or the White Arch.

The arch. It starts at 12 m and descends to 19 m at the seabed. Many swim-throughs on the way to the arch make the dive more adventurous, and the arch makes a strong backdrop for photos.

Reef. The reef continues well beyond the arch at about 15 to 20 m, and the seabed next to it reaches over 40 m. The wall has many small swim-throughs that suit beginners. Below the arch is a large seagrass bowl where moray eels, octopuses and occasional stingrays rest.
