Dosthill Quarry is a flooded granite quarry at Tamworth in the UK. Granite was excavated here through the 1800s, until 1934, when a large slab was pulled off the south wall at 150 feet (about 46 metres) below the surrounding ground level and a freshwater spring flooded the workings.
Scuba diving was well established at the quarry by 1958, and that history earned it the title of the UK's First National Dive Site. It is rated technical, with a maximum depth of 45.7 metres.
