About this site
The Oite is a Japanese destroyer wreck resting in Chuuk Lagoon, Federated States of Micronesia, part of the large concentration of Imperial Japanese Navy vessels sunk there during Operation Hailstone in February 1944. It lies in the waters off Chuuk, and the dive is rated advanced.
