Overhead Rock is a boat dive at Onna Manza on Okinawa, rated intermediate, with a maximum depth of 30 m. It has a vertical drop from the reef and an overhang, which gives the site its name. The site is exposed.
Reef sharks and large turtles are often spotted at the overhang, and rays can be seen if you are lucky. Several fan corals shelter pygmy seahorses. Two swim-throughs are inhabited by lobsters, and an occasional eel peeks out of a cranny.
