Porto Valitsa Deep Wall is a wall dive site located along the Sithonia coastline in Halkidiki, Greece, reachable from Metamorfosi Beach. The dramatic drop-off descends from 2 m at its shallowest point down to 50 m along a sandy slope, making it accessible to both recreational and technical divers, with deeper sections suited to advanced and TecRec-level divers.
The wall is noted for its outstanding visibility, typically ranging from 12 to 22 m or more, and is decorated with intricate soft corals and abundant macro life. Marine life recorded at the site includes octopuses, cuttlefish, moray eels, conger eels, lobsters, groupers, sargus fish, yellow amberjacks, crinoids, crabs, and soft corals.
The site is a boat dive, reached from Metamorfosi Beach in Sithonia. Diving is conducted in small guided groups of two to three certified divers. A minimum Open Water certification is required for recreational depths, while the deeper sections of the wall, beyond 30 m, are the domain of Advanced Open Water or technical divers.
