About this site

Wolf Rock is a series of four volcanic pinnacles off Rainbow Beach in Queensland, a hotspot for grey nurse sharks, especially during their aggregation period. Manta rays and leopard sharks are also seen.

The site reaches about 30 metres and has strong currents and unpredictable visibility, so it suits intermediate divers. Venomous olive sea snakes are also found here. The water runs 19 to 27 degrees Celsius.
