Wrasse Strip, also known as Wrasse Point, is a reef dive site with a notable history: it was once home to a shallow WWII-era wreck, which has since slipped to a depth of 2,000 metres. What remains at the recreational diving depth are coral-covered remnants of that wreck, making it a site of historical as well as natural interest.
The reef structure supports both hard and soft corals, and the site is particularly noted for its macro marine life alongside larger reef species including batfish, sweetlips, and soldierfish.
