Airplane Wreck lies off Southampton on Bermuda's south shore, within the reef platform that surrounds the island and has claimed vessels and aircraft alike over the years. Boats running day trips out of harbors such as Hamilton or St. George's commonly reach sites across this shoal-strewn stretch of water. Divers here have reported Greater Star Coral growing on the site, though as with much of Bermuda's wreck diving, the structure itself sits amid the same reef platform that shapes so much of the island's underwater terrain.
