Wilderness Wall lies along the south shore of Cayman Brac, one of the three Cayman Islands in the western Caribbean, where boats run out to the drop-off from the island's south side. As a wall dive, it follows the typical profile of this coast, with the reef giving way to a vertical face. Divers here have reported Atlantic blue tang, Brazilian ocean surgeonfish, and Caribbean bluehead wrasse moving over the reef, along with redband and stoplight parrotfish. The wall itself is built up with finger coral, lobed star coral, and mustard hill coral.
