Angol Point is a shallow reef at the southern end of White Beach on Boracay, about a five-minute boat ride away. It starts at 5 m and reaches 12 to 15 m. It is one of the most accessible and beginner-friendly dives on the island and a favourite for Open Water training, Discover Scuba and night dives, and it doubles as a snorkelling site.
Patch coral and pinnacles carry stony and leather corals, anemones, feather stars, sea stars, sea cucumbers and nudibranchs, with gobies and ribbon eels among the small life. Scorpionfish, banner fish, sweetlips, sea snakes and clownfish are seen, along with moray eels, lionfish and schools of damselfish.
Visibility can drop after rains, when river runoff from the mainland overruns the area.
