Dived here today? How were conditions vs. what we showed?
Crocodile Rock is a shallow, sheltered dive site at Pulau Aur, named for the way its profile resembles a crocodile when seen from above. Conditions are calm enough that it is recommended for beginner divers, and it also works as a snorkel site.
A channel runs between the rock and the main island and can produce current, so divers need to watch their positioning there. Emperors, batfish and various reef fish are consistently present around the rock.
