Farondi Cave is a dive site in the Misool area of Raja Ampat, Indonesia. The dive begins with a descent into a small bowl, after which divers swim beneath a large archway. Sheer walls and overhangs then lead the way to the cave itself, which serves as a popular spot for a safety stop. Maximum depth reaches 12.8 metres, with the bottom type recorded as wreck.

Marine life at the site includes moray eels, rays, pufferfish, lizardfish, trunkfish, bumphead wrasse, butterflyfish, Titan triggerfish, clown triggerfish, arc-eye hawkfish, conch, cleaner shrimp, along with corals and sponges.

Farondi Cave is accessed by liveaboard vessel and is considered one of the most popular sites in the Misool region.
