Lakeside is a snorkelling site inside Cape Range, on the Ningaloo coast near Exmouth in Western Australia. It is a shallow lagoon, well suited to relaxed snorkelling.
Visibility is great and the current is light, and the reef holds sea turtles and anemones. Oyster Stacks, a second shallow lagoon site in the same part of Cape Range, makes an easy pairing for a day on the water.
