About this site
Mandolin is a wall dive at Bunaken in North Sulawesi. Its wall is considered more interesting than the other walls at Bunaken, and the dive ends on a white sand slope. Depths reach around 39 metres, visibility is great and the site can be dived year-round.
With a little current, the sand slope is where the bigger animals appear, among them eagle rays, white tip reef sharks, big napoleons, tuna and barracuda. Turtles, jacks, pipefish and nudibranchs have also been reported.
