About this site
Takong Rakit lies off the eastern coast of Peninsular Malaysia, in the waters around Tioman Island in the South China Sea. It reaches a maximum depth of around 12 metres and is considered a beginner site, making it suited to divers early in their training or those looking for an easy, shallow dive.
