About this site
Ted's Point is a reef dive site featuring a shallow reef top at around 10–15 ft (3–4.5 m), with several interesting sand channels running across it. The reef wall drops down to approximately 40 ft (12 m), where a large, gently sloping sandy bottom lies at its base. A small sunken sailboat wreck sits at around 60 ft (18 m).
The reef regularly hosts groupers, blue tang, and green moray eels. Spotted eagle rays are frequently seen passing close by the reef, making sightings here a reliable prospect.
Ted's Point is rated suitable for beginners, with its shallow reef top and moderate maximum depth keeping it accessible to divers early in their experience.
