About this site
Turtle Point is a dive site at Tenggol Island, regarded as an ideal location for beginners and divers returning to the water after a break from diving.
The site is consistently calm with little to no current, making conditions predictable and manageable for less experienced divers. The terrain features a cave bottom with tight passages where silt disturbance is a concern and disorientation is a genuine risk; lost turtles within the cave system serve as a warning sign of that hazard. The area also includes a stretch of both soft and hard corals.
Marine life at Turtle Point includes large hump head parrotfish, nudibranchs, and turtles.
